Billing
For routine subscription changes, open Account & billing → Manage subscription. If you cannot access your account or need help with a charge or refund request, email support. We do not promise a specific response time or automatic refund outcome.
Privacy and deletion
For account, Facebook data, voice-model or indexed-image requests, follow User Data Deletion. We may need to verify account ownership or your connection to the material.
