These terms govern your use of Cyber Search Match at cs-match.com, operated by Video Expanse LLC, Delaware, United States.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter these terms to create an account. Provide accurate account information, keep access secure and do not share credentials to bypass service limits. Creating an account or using the service signifies agreement to these terms. Contact support@cs-match.com if you have questions before proceeding.
What the service provides
The workspace offers face search, video and audio analysis, voice processing and media conversion. Features depend on available settings, file compatibility, capacity and processing limits. Longer jobs may queue, fail or require another attempt. The service does not guarantee continuous availability, permanent storage or a specific processing time.
Face and voice similarity scores are technical signals, not proof of identity. Tracks are not a verified count of unique people. Transcripts, detections and plate readings can contain errors. Review source material before relying on a result; do not use this service as the sole basis for consequential decisions about a person.
Your files and rights
You retain the rights you hold in submitted material. You permit us and the service providers needed for processing to store and process it for the task, account functions and support you request. This permission does not transfer ownership of your files to us.
Submit only material you have the rights and permissions to process. Voice-model training requires your own voice and the confirmation requested in the tool. Permission to process a song does not automatically grant permission to publish or commercially exploit a converted recording. You are responsible for rights and permissions for any subsequent use.
Free and Pro
Free currently costs $0. Pro is an optional recurring subscription priced at $19.99 USD per month. Both plans currently provide the same feature access, subject to processing, storage and upload limits. Do not purchase Pro expecting exclusive tools or greater processing capacity unless a future offer explicitly states that.
Stripe presents the checkout total and any applicable taxes. A Pro subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Review the checkout terms before paying. You can manage or cancel through Account & billing → Manage subscription. The account and Stripe portal show the cancellation effective date and current billing status.
Deleting an uploaded file or disconnecting Facebook does not cancel a subscription. Handle subscription cancellation separately through the billing portal, or contact support if you cannot access it. Refund requests can be sent to support@cs-match.com; applicable mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
Acceptable use
Follow the Acceptable Use rules. Do not use the service for harassment, stalking, impersonation, fraud, unauthorized biometric processing or unlawful surveillance. Do not bypass authentication, scrape private accounts, defeat limits or interfere with infrastructure. We may restrict access, stop tasks or suspend accounts where necessary to address misuse, security concerns or legal requirements.
Sharing and third parties
Choosing Share makes that saved search accessible to anyone with the link. Check the contents before sharing. Stop sharing revokes access through our link, but cannot retrieve downloaded or copied information. Third-party source websites and sign-in, email and payment providers have their own terms.
Storage and ending use
Download important results before their displayed expiry. Files, tasks or features may be removed under retention rules or maintenance. Request account and data deletion using the User Data Deletion instructions. We may retain limited records where required for billing, security, disputes or other applicable obligations.
Responsibility and disputes
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that automated outputs are complete, accurate or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Contact support@cs-match.com to raise a service or billing issue. These terms do not require you to waive mandatory consumer protections or rights available under applicable law. We may update the terms as the service changes; the update date appears above.
