User Data Deletion
Request deletion by emailing support@cs-match.com. Requests are reviewed by Video Expanse LLC; this page does not automatically delete your account or files.
Last updated:1. Choose what you want removed
Tell us whether your request concerns your entire account, Facebook sign-in data only, uploaded media and analysis results, a trained voice model, a shared search, or an image in our public face index. Deleting a provider connection alone is different from deleting the entire account.
2. Send your request
For account-related requests, email from the address associated with your Cyber Search Match account when possible. Use the subject “CS Match data deletion request” and describe the scope. Include the relevant task reference or source-page URL only if needed to locate the data.
Do not send your password, Facebook App Secret, access tokens or full payment-card details. We may ask for proportionate additional information to confirm ownership before taking irreversible action.
3. Facebook users
You may request deletion of Facebook-derived profile information and the stored sign-in identifier, or ask to delete the whole Cyber Search Match account. Removing Facebook access in your Facebook Apps and Websites settings disconnects the provider; it does not by itself erase data already stored by Cyber Search Match.
If Facebook is your only sign-in method, mention this in the request so account access and any active subscription can be handled before the connection is removed. This public page can be used as the User Data Deletion instructions URL in the Meta app settings.
4. Shared searches and public-index images
For a search you shared, use Stop sharing in its result view to revoke the link. For removal of retained shared-search data, identify the saved search in your email. Revocation or deletion cannot remove copies previously saved by someone else.
For an indexed image, provide its source page or image URL and explain your connection to the image. We review removal requests for our index separately from account deletion. We cannot delete the image from the source website, and cannot promise that a third-party page or every later copy will disappear from the internet.
5. Subscriptions, review and retained records
Before deleting an account with Pro, cancel the subscription in Account & billing → Manage subscription, or ask support to help if you cannot sign in. Disconnecting Facebook or deleting a task does not automatically cancel recurring billing.
We review requests, verify the necessary ownership or authority, and reply by email with the outcome or the information needed to proceed. This is a manual request process; composing an email does not mean it has been sent or the deletion has been completed. Limited records may be retained for applicable billing, legal, fraud-prevention or security purposes. Existing backups may follow their own restricted retention lifecycle.
