Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Video Expanse LLC operates Cyber Search Match and handles information when you visit cs-match.com or use its tools.
Last updated:Who operates the service
Cyber Search Match is operated by Video Expanse LLC, Delaware, United States. Contact support@cs-match.com with privacy questions or requests concerning your information.
Information we process
Account information includes your name, email, sign-in provider identifiers, account status and subscription records. Email passwords are stored as password hashes. Google and Facebook sign-in use information needed to authenticate your account, such as your provider identifier, name and email when available. We do not request access to your social posts, friends or photo library for sign-in.
When you use a tool, we process the files and recordings you submit, settings, task status and generated outputs. Depending on the tool, these can include face crops and numerical face representations, transcripts, speaker segments, voice comparison results, trained voice models, separated audio tracks and converted files. Face and voice data can be sensitive; upload only material you are entitled to process.
The face-search index separately contains images, face crops, numerical representations and source URLs collected from public web pages. An indexed image is distinct from a photo you upload to run a search.
Why we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts, activate email sign-in, perform requested searches and processing, deliver task history and downloads, manage subscriptions, provide support and protect the service against misuse. A voice recording submitted for training is used to prepare the voice model you request.
We do not automatically publish your uploaded files or use them as marketing examples. Your voice-training task creates a model for your account; this is different from consenting to publication of your voice or use in promotional content.
Sharing results and opening sources
A saved face-search result becomes accessible to anyone with its link only after you choose Share. The saved copy includes the query face crop and search results. Use Stop sharing to revoke access through our link. This cannot remove copies another person has already saved. Revoking a link disables access; retained server copies can also be covered by a deletion request.
Opening a source website takes you to a third party with its own privacy practices. Removing a result from our service does not remove the original photograph from that website.
Service providers
Our hosting and storage providers process service data so that the tools can operate. Resend handles account activation and password-reset emails. Stripe handles checkout, recurring billing and its customer portal; we store billing identifiers and subscription status, not full payment-card details. Google and Meta process sign-in requests when their sign-in options are used. Their sign-in components may contact their services when displayed.
Optional website analytics use GoatCounter and Ahrefs Analytics. When enabled through Privacy choices, those services receive limited usage events and technical request information. We send normalized page paths, a referrer origin and fixed event names, rather than file contents, email addresses, search images, task identifiers, share tokens or URL query strings. We do not use these counters to advertise your face or voice data.
Provider processing can occur in countries different from your own. Providers apply their own privacy terms to the services they operate.
Cookies and browser storage
Essential session cookies keep you signed in. A short-lived Facebook state cookie protects its sign-in flow. Browser storage keeps workspace preferences, your privacy choice and the selected tool during registration. These are not payment-card stores.
Optional analytics are off until you allow them. You can use Privacy choices to change your selection. Withdrawing permission stops future analytics events from this page and clears the pending event queue; requests already transmitted cannot be recalled. Essential account and security functions remain available.
Retention
Account records are retained while the account is in use and as needed to operate the service or handle a deletion request. Media Converter displays the expiry of available results and removes expired files through its cleanup process. Other analysis outputs, voice models and saved shared searches can remain stored until removed through an available control, a support request or service maintenance. Do not treat task history as permanent archival storage.
Retention differs by tool and configuration; we do not promise a single deletion deadline for every upload. Security, billing or dispute records may need to be retained for applicable obligations. Deletion from active storage may not immediately remove existing backup copies; any retained copies remain subject to access restrictions and their backup lifecycle.
Your choices and requests
You can request access, correction or deletion of your information by contacting support@cs-match.com. The options available under applicable law may depend on where you live and the information concerned. We may need proportionate verification of account ownership or your connection to an indexed image before acting. Do not email passwords, access tokens, full card details or identity documents unless a separate appropriate verification process has been arranged.
See User Data Deletion for instructions covering accounts, Facebook sign-in data, uploads, voice models and public-index results. You may also contact the relevant privacy authority where applicable.
Security and changes
We use account authorization, access controls and protected sign-in flows, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your account credentials and shared links secure. This policy may change as tools or processing practices change; its update date appears above.
